The relatively young city transformation movement relies on quality referrals. Can you connect us to the person(s) God has raised up to unify the congregations and ministries in your city or community? If you are that person, please identify yourself. If you know of others who are working in the area of unifying the whole Church to show and tell the whole Gospel to the whole City/Community, please indicate as many as you can by completing the Referral Form for each person.

■ City Impact Roundtables:
The City Impact Roundtables (CIR) have developed out of Mission America meetings. Christian transformational leaders from cities across the nation have gathered twice a year for the purpose of building relationships, sharing kingdom-sized vision for holistic evangelism and revival, and praying together for united ministry throughout the Body of Christ. They have met in the Roundtable format so that participants might also be contributors to the "city-reaching" process in their area. CIR has had national meetings where 50 or more cities have been represented and also sponsors regional gatherings for further implementation in local areas. In the Spring of 2002 six "Working Teams" were developed:
1. Social Action
2. Expanding the Table
3. Prayer
4. Measurements & Outcomes - "Decoding Your City"by Kevin McBride
5. Theology & Definition
6. Younger Generations (non-functioning to date).
These Working Teams meet monthly by conference phone calls to identify related issues and develop the latest data available on their topic of interest. The teams report twice a year at national and regional meetings.

■ The National leadership Forum in New York (October 5-8, 2003):
The 2003 National City Impact Roundtable convened as part of the National Leadership Forum. CIR meetings were integrated into the NLF schedule; Sunday and Tuesday afternoons. Reports from the CIR and Tracks will soon be available on this website.
This CIR/NLF convergence is strategic for the city transformation movement. CIR participants benefit from the comprehensive scope of leadership and resources offered by the NLF as we collectively examine and explore “The Gospel in the City.” Also strategic is the potential influence CIR members will have on the Body of Christ across the country as we impact leaders of denominations, ministry organizations, educational institutions, and cutting edge congregations. (Don’t tell anyone, but, the 2003 NLF is one huge CIR!)
It may be that the Lord has ordained the CIR/NLF gathering “for such a time as this” as we take the first steps of collaborative ministry in the 21st century.
The strategic framework for the National Leadership Forum, "The Gospel in the City," is city movements, which God has been raising up for the past fifteen years across our nation. The vision for this gathering is to serve as a creative forum in which leadership teams can be formed and existing leadership teams can be strengthened to serve city movements across the nation. This forum is for the equipping of teams of leaders (up to ten or more from each city) with the aim of returning to their cities with new resources to aid them in forming and re-forming around a long term plan for sharing Christ in word and deed in every sector of their city, transforming the lives of individuals and institutions for real Kingdom growth. The National Leadership Forum will have three major components: 1. Plenary sessions 2. Tracks 3. Integrative Round Tables
